Silverliners
The Silverliners is an event for the over-60s but is open to anyone who wants to come along. It is an opportunity to spend time with friends and make some new ones in a relaxed and very welcoming environment.
The programme normally includes music and singing before some refreshments while we enjoy some fun together by tackling short quizzes or puzzles, and the morning concludes with a short message from the Bible.
We have two sessions in the year – the spring session, running from February to June and the autumn session, from September to December. Our time together runs from 10.00am to 11.45am on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. We also like the occasional day out, which we normally plan during the summer.
